About Bob Carr

Bob is the owner of the property and will be your home builder.  Bob started building in the 80s soon after college.  To his clients and friends, he was commonly known as “Bob the Builder.”  His first home was built in Bedford on Bick Mill Road.  In Manchester, some of Bob’s developments include Madison Way, McLane Way, Eve Way, and Sandy’s Way.  Bob was never into production housing; he always added flair and customization to his homes as you can see with the buildings that are under construction here in Candia.  After 3 years of working with Candia’s Planning and Zoning Boards, Beaver Meadows was approved and so named because of the 5 beaver ponds on or abutting the property.
